Found this tutorial this morning on youtube. My neighbor brought over a bunch of fresh basil from her garden last night, so, I washed it and let it drain all night. Today well take off the flower and get the seed out for next year, put stalks in water (kitchen smells divine) and purchase the fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano tomorrow to store and freeze after chopping the remaining basil. Yummmmmy!
