Rite Aid No Long Honoring $3 off Purchase of $15 for Surveys

The following is From Rite Aid's Facebook page July 26, 2011:
We apologize for any difficulties you are experiencing with the $3 off a $15 purchase coupon offered for participating in our customer satisfaction survey. The offer is no longer available, but our stores will honor any receipts that have the survey invitation already printed on them. Simply present the receipt with the survey invitation at the time of checkout.
As much as we like Rite Aid, especially the employees, this corporate change sucks bucks.  We have been answering these surveys for months.  Why do they continue printing the invitations at the bottom of  receipts when they no longer honor them????  I received one yesterday as did my hubby a couple of days ago;  filled it out online this afternoon and at the end instead of the coupon popping up to print there are three buttons to push to follow Rite Aid.

We are good customers of @ RiteAid, and our time is too precious to do surveys for naught. Is this another genius scheme of a pencil pusher justifying his/her existence or is the company victim of recession?  Either way boneheaded marketing!.. Customers (especially in this economy) will shop at the store with paramount incentives.

One has to look no further than the government to see why economic stratagem of bygone eras do not work! Laffer in Keynesian  OUT!

John Maynard Keynes, a member of  the elitist bigoted death cult of eugenics (difficult to imagine for this bisexual who would have been eliminated under the theory he loved, however, elites apparently think themselves as the happy exception! )
